JIC Book is in hand, now what?!
Before you begin filling out your JIC Book…
Have your smartphone and important identification documents, as well as your family’s handy, including: passport(s), drivers license(s), social security card(s), address book(s) or device(s) with stored contacts of friends, family, professionals, physicians and/or anyone you regularly rely on.
Select five individuals for your Circle of Trust and have their contact information readily available to input.
Find a comfortable location to settle in for about an hour-and-half. (This is the amount of time it should take to really dig into the first section of JIC.)
Work on JIC, section by section. Don’t make it a daunting task. Simply set an hour or two aside to complete when the time is right for you!
